"Emptiness"

"Emptiness" 


In my mother language this word pronounced as "KHALIPAN".  What emptiness really means have you guys ever thought about it. Yeah of course many of us thought about it many times. Or may be we thought about it on daily basis. But question arises here why, why we thought so often or frequently about emptiness? What thing forces us to think about it? Why we experience that particular thing in our lives? 
No matter at what phase of life? or at which time of our life? Here I will try to explain them and hope you guys find it worth reading.
 
But before that I will give a brief introduction of emptiness.

What is emptiness?

Emptiness is something that makes you vacant or it feels like you miss something in yourself. And that feelings create a vacuum inside your soul that is sometimes filled and sometimes remain blank and empty. Because the one thing or person whom you loved  the most leaves you. And you left there empty handed.





Thought about emptiness:

When we start thinking more often about some particular thing. Then it's for sure you start experiencing that thing in your life. And you want to get rid of this but you can't. You know why this thing happened?

Below there are some reasons of this:

  • First thing first stop thinking about that thing which makes you feel that they are integral part of your life either its a piece of some non living stuff with which your a lot of emotions are attached or may be the second reason is humans, the one whom who you loved more then yourself.
  • Sometimes there are some moments, scenarios, situations and such phases in ones life that are linked directly to your emotions of love and care.
  • I know its really very hard but for the betterment of yourself and for the sake of your loved ones you have to do this dear ones.
  • Try to lock that memories into the room that can never be opened and if you want to open that room then associate some good, warm and caring feelings about that memories.
  • Don't linked your rage, wrath and rudeness with them. And yeah most important thing create that room in your brain and consider this as a light house. Not considered this as funeral house of your memories.
  • Once you stop thinking about them. You feel like that there come a ray of fulfilment in you suddenly. And that's a good sign.






Things Forces Us to Think About Emptiness:


The main thing that forces us to think about emptiness is our emotions. These emotions are our love for that particular person or to the thing that is very dear to us. Our brain is not accepting the fact that our loved ones leave us and the thing that is very precious for us left us. And we start repeating the same thing on daily basis we start giving pain to our self mentally as well as physically. Physically in a sense that when our brain is not at peace then we are not able to do the normal routine life procedures. 
And we start becoming either aggressive or remains in our own state of mind due to which people start neglecting our existence

Why we Face that particular thing?


We experienced that thing because we are not willing too let things go. We try to hold them so far that they start hurting us in many ways and effects our lives as well as lives of the one who are concerned about us. So , its better to keep that memories in our heart and mind to that extend where they not harm us. Instead of that they us strength, courage and determination to face problems of this world.

We keep such memories as our strength and not make them our weakness. Despite of the fact that you faced so much pain but still there was time when you experienced the most beautiful memories with that person or that particular thing. So make those things as your strength not the part of your emptiness.


Phase of life where we experience emptiness most:


For me there is not particular phase you can experience emptiness  in your early life like childhood, in teenage, in adult life, in mid thirties or in your old age. This thing basically depend upon the fact that when you faced that accident in your life where you lose your most important person or thing. That create a vacuum in your soul that can only be filled by the love, care, affection, warmth and attention.






Conclusion:

If you want to get rid of emptiness then first thing first:
  • Stop thinking about that scenario.
  • Try to accept the fact that this thing happened in your life and you have to realize or accept that thing as early as possible.
  • This thing help you to keep yourself mentally stable and awake.
  • Also your physically being is not that much effected by that scenario.  
At the end try to leave a happy and satisfactory life for the sake of yourself and for the ones who love you the most in this whole entire Universe.
